Spotlight Clayton
We're switching service providers on July 3, 2017! In this final week of June, PLEASE get ALL of your Waste Management carts to the curb (full OR empty) by 6 AM on your regular pick-up day. Crews will empty and then anoher truck will come take those carts away for good. Do NOT put your new All Star carts to the curb yet. Tommy "Trash" and his Johnston County team begin July 3rd!

Two Greenway Sections Remain Closed
Two sections of our popular Clayton River Walk on the Neuse & Sam's Branch greenways remain closed for repairs. Having greenways along the river make for scenic trails, but the proximity to water brings challenges. Hurricane Matthew's flood waters took out a bridge and delayed repairs at a utility station along the river. Check the map for how you can get around these closures.
