  • Graduate of UNC Charlotte – EMS Management Institute
  • Graduate of Johnston Community College – Paramedic/EMS Program
  • Graduate of Clayton High School

Work experience:

  • Manager, Johnston Ambulance Service
  • EMS Lieutenant/QA Supervisor, Four Oaks EMS
  • 911 Supervisor, Johnston County – 16 years
  • Clayton Police Department, 1996-2006, Part-time
  • Adjunct faculty at four local community colleges in their EMS programs
